Yummy! I see you didn't add any salt. Is there salt in Old Bay?

200 degrees internal temp? Were they still juicy inside or are we sacrificing juiciness for crispiness?

Is the one ounce of Old Bay by weight or by measuring cup? Going to try this in the Brio.

Good ole southern fried(air) chicken. You would need a case of spray to take care of the white in this southern girl. Would spraying the tray before loading help. How hard is it to clean up. I noticed before starting every thing is very clean what are some of your tricks cause these apparatuses can be hard to keep sanitary.

Al in Shakopee Minnesota says:

Great idea I've been using panko and no h2o in it I am going to try your method, as panko is messy and a worse clean up on the GoWise Ultra 12.7 Air Fryer I just got a couple of months ago.
