I was browsing the internet for a new pork chop recipe and saw this one. I just bought a new to me Noh's Hawaiian BBQ sauce and wanted to use it; of course I have Cajun seasoning to hand. I thought "Hmm..that sounds like a good combination".
I served it with corn on the cob and a box mix of Zatarains Red Beans and Rice.
