Ingredients
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil, divided
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp chopped ginger
6 oz ground beef
6 oz broccoli crowns
2 eggs
4 cups cooked day old cold jasmine rice

3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 shallot, sliced
2 tbsp chopped lemongrass (approximately 1 large)
2 to 4 Thai chili, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
6 oz ground chicken
2 eggs, optional
4 cups cooked day old cold jasmine rice

i love cilantro, that fresh taste. i hate whole peppercorns in my food. whenever i cook adobo, i use ground pepper hehe, no peppercorn getting in the way haha

everytime I cook fried rice, there is sooo much oil still and the rice is never dry it's always always so oily!! How can I ensure that my rice isn't oily?
