Hey y’all! In today’s video I show you how to make smothered turkey burgers with homemade gravy! They are so good and truly easy to make! I hope you give this recipe a try!

1-2 lbs Ground turkey
1 pkg per lb Lipton Onion Soup
1/4 cup flour
1-2 cups Water
1 tablespoon Gourmet Burger Seasoning
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Minced Onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Vegetable oil
1 medium to large onion

**Use all seasonings to taste.**

Add all ingredients to large bowl. Make patties. Heat vegetable oil on medium to high heat. Add patties and fry on each side 2-3 minutes each side. Remove patties. Chop onion, and add to pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add flour. Cook for 3 minutes, continuing to stir. Add 1 cup of water. Stirring continually. If you want more gravy, add the 2nd cup of water. Taste the gravy, if more seasoning needed, add at this point. Allow to simmer, add patties.

This looks absolutely delicious! My grandfather use to make his gravy like this and I still mess mine up. LOL You make it look so easy using the flour. Can corn starch be used in the place of flour?
